This website helps homeowners explore roofing materials and request a preliminary estimate from Commodore Construction Ltd. The local preview uses client-supplied installed base rates before HST. Package upgrades require a separate quote; this website does not accept a roofing contract or payment.

A starting point for your project

An instant estimate is a planning range before HST. Low, medium and high pricing cutoffs still need confirmation, so the reference uses the full supplied system range. Address matching, aerial outlines, measured or described slope, selected materials and project answers can affect the range. Imagery may be older than the roof, and automatic measurements can contain errors. Check that the highlighted building and visible roof edge match your property. You can correct the outline or enter an approximate size.

A site assessment and written proposal establish the actual roof dimensions, deck condition, preparation, flashing, drainage, access, materials, exclusions and price. Selecting an estimate option or requesting an email does not accept a contract or reserve installation.

Products and photographs

Manufacturer examples illustrate roofing products. They are labelled and are not presented as Commodore installations. Screen colours can differ from physical samples. Product suitability, finish, local availability and the applicable manufacturer warranty are confirmed in the written proposal.

Measurement sources

Source notices accompany property imagery and measurements. Google Solar is available for local integration testing; public activation remains subject to clarification of the permitted roofing use. Google-sourced content is also subject to the Google Maps terms and Google’s privacy policy. An automatic roof mask or a building outline is a preliminary measurement, and no percentage of roof-edge accuracy is guaranteed by this website.
