Commodore offers a five-year warranty on its roofing workmanship. Your written proposal should identify the installation scope, start date and any exclusions for the project.

The workmanship and the roofing products have different coverage. We show both separately so you know what your proposal includes.
Applicable product warranty
IKO publishes limited warranties for its asphalt shingles and other specified products. The applicable terms depend on the product, installation and warranty document in effect. Metal and flat roofing may have different manufacturers and coverage; your proposal should identify those products and documents.

- Which underlayment, flashing and accessories are included?
- What workmanship coverage and manufacturer documents apply?
- Are any extended manufacturer programs actually included?
IKO's extended programs have separate contractor, product and registration requirements. Ask for written confirmation before treating any extended coverage as part of the job.
